I'm losing my mind! My 13 month old will not sleep! He used to sleep through the night but now he wakes up constantly. It's 6am here and he woke up 5 times through the night! I'm 24 weeks pregnant and exhausted. What can I do??? Also, I feel like this all started when I switched him to regular milk instead of formula.

Are you making sure he good and fed before bed? I always give my kids a snack because of that reason.

If you think that's a probable cause, they have things like pediasure and other toddler drinks that could help you. Try giving one before bed to make sure he's staying full.

I agree with the pp's, maybe a hearty snack before bed. Also could be a growth spurt accompanied by growing pains or maybe it's a leap.

Is he getting new teeth? My 15 month old daughter has slept through the night since about 8 months but when she's getting new teeth she's up and down all night for a week or so. usually she falls back asleep shortly but if she seems to really be bothered by her gums we give her a bit of Tylenol which helps.

I think he might be getting new teeth too. Which only makes it worse. I'm gonna try the pediasure. Maybe he gets hungry in the middle of the night.

My daughter went through this stage at about a year. She had me tearing my hair out for a couple of weeks but it did pass and she settled down again. I think it was just a big growth spurt.
