Try unisom nighttime sleep aid. The pills not the gel caps. I was prescribed zofran with my first 2 pregnancies but since the lawsuits started my doctor can't prescribe it anymore. She said unisom works as an anti nausea. Omg it worked amazing and I got such good sleep. Win win!!!
Hard candy, like Preggo Pops, but they're expensive. The difference between them and other candies is they're made with fruit oils, not extracts, which seemed to make a difference. I just found something similar at 1/4 the price at a health food store.
Sipping on REAL ginger soda, not the artificially flavored stuff. Although I loathe ginger, it helped. I'd add a drop of peppermint for extra benefit :) They sell ginger candies and chews that help too.
Something else that helped, which sounds absolutely crazy, was sucking on a lemon, sometimes with just a little salt.
Let me know if you find anything that helps lol. Im 19 weeks and i am sick 24/7. Ginger makes me worse. Plan cracks are no fun coming back up when sick right after them. Mint isnt helping. Been hospitalized already for sickness. I can barley keep water down but have to try. I got put on tablets at hospital but they make me way to sleep and i cant be trying to sleep all day with 2 boys under 4 running around
Mine lasted until 16 weeks. Also, diclegis just makes you sleepy, so unless it's like your first baby and you have time for naps it's so good! And if you wanted diclegis just buy unisom (safe for pregnancy) and vitamin b6 and that is basically diclegis..

Diclectin prescribed by the Dr helped my sis-in-law immensely! She's had 3 little and was very nauseous. Hope you feel better soon!

I'm gonna have to ask about it. I need something my insurance will cover. Or anything I can try at home that isn't prescribed?
