Breast pump question.

I thought my insurance would give me a couple of options but I don't have a choice. They sent me a double electric pump called TRU comfort. I've never heard of it. Is it any good? I mean, not that I have a choice but I'd still like some feedback about it. Also, is there anything else I need to buy to go with it??
