To go or not to go

Woke up this morning with a light period bled have still been bleeding, I called my doctor he said if the bleeding gets worse to go in or if it hasn't stopped by tomorrow, it hasn't got worse but I am super super crappy, should I go in anyways? I have been listening to the baby every hour or so on my Doppler I just don't know if I should go in?
