so much pain
So the day before yesterday I saw who I thought I was going to be my ob, they did an ultrasound, and a pelvic in which I told him I already had one at the ER, but insisted he do one, when he did I started bleeding and he said my cervix was fried. Thankfully I had an appointment the next day with my primary doc for something unrelated to pregnancy, i went to thar but I told him about my appointment and that I hadn't stopped bleeding, we listened for the baby but he said it could be to early for the Doppler, he looked at my cervix and said it's definitely not fried. Today I'm still spotting way less than yesterday but today I have such bad cramps I just want to die. I'm trying to decide if I should go into the ER, but I honestly feel I am in there way to much. I know y'all aint docs but do you think I should be worried and I should go I'm? Or just assume its ligament pains?

The ER will expose you to so many illnesses and pathogens so I would say stay out of there. Maybe you should see anothe OBGYN for a second opinion??? Best of luck. I'm sure it's scary

Sounds like the OB was rough with the pelvic and caused some bleeding/spotting. I would suggest taking it easy and staying off your feet and see if that helps. Also increase fluids. You have to remember that there is a ton of increased blood flow to your uterus do anything aggravating it (sex, pelvic exam, etc) cause cause those blood vessels to be irritated.
I'd stay away from the ER unless bleeding gets very heavy and filled with clots or your cramps/pain are truly unbearable.

Something similar happened to me in my last pregnancy. I was 35 weeks and didnt know at the time i had braxton hicks. When doctor examined me it caused me to bleed n she sex my cervix was fried and no sex till baby is here. Next day i had midwife appointment and told her about it and she said no nothing is on file she was probably too rough doing exam.

I didn't go, I took some Tylenol, and eventually fell asleep, I feel much better today, exhausted but tired. Just going to take an easy until my second trimester. My bleeding stopped as of this morning as well:)
