Kristin, he eats baby food once a day right now. I'll probably increase it to twice when he's 5 months.

He looks so thrilled! We have let Nolan munch on a banana until he has it mushed enough to swallow and he's also had some tastes of a pancake without syrup. I didn't let him attempt to swallow but rather practice "chewing" on it.

So far, so good. He's 4 months and very interested in our food so we are going to attempt BLW, to some extent.

Sweet potatoes is a big winner for us too!!

Madeline hates apples tho. We are doing 3x a day.

I LOVE feeding babies food lol I'm holding out until William is closer to 6 months. He is acting interested but I want to wait. My first we started around 5.5 months. But I just love how excited they get. It's the best!! What a sweetheart! ?

Did you buy the baby food or pureed it yourself? He is adorable. Our babies share the same birthday. I will start her on solid sometimes this week.

And this is organic baby food, store bought. I plan on making my own though. It's just easy to buy the baby food now and see what he likes first.
