I haven't personally, but my nephew sort of switched himself to cows milk sometime between 8 months old. He refused anything but cows milk... wouldn't take frozen breastmilk or formula, but would always drink his older brothers cup of milk when he left it around the house. The dr kept telling his mom not to let him drink it, but she couldn't keep him away from it because his brother always had it in the house where they played together. She eventually just let him drink it, and he's a fine 3 year old. He does have some stomach issues occasionally, but idk if it's related.

We put our son on cows milk at 10-11 months when he stopped taking a bottle. He was eating plenty of other foods and did just fine with the switch.

My daughter had pyloric stenosis also and I've never heard to give her regular milk now this was seven years ago. The only thing with her was they told me to put a little bit of the baby cereal in her bottle you may want to ask the doctor about that.

I guess every baby is different! I won't introduce until a year unless the pediatrician says so for whatever reason. I bet it saved a lot of money for moms who were formula feeding and switched early though lol.

My brother was put on goats milk. We was allergic to my mothers milk and couldn't handle cows milk. He was 3-4 months when that happened. He went on cows milk at around 9-10 months. And haven't stopped drinking it till now. He will seriously have a quart of milk in one sitting. He is 19 now.

My other sibling and I had similar issues with milk intake.

I did half formula half cows Milk at 11 1/2 months to test the waters because he had to be on soy formula this is what the pediatrician recommended

Not cows milk but in the Caribbean we have a mixed called arrow root and it's also for babies that never seem to be full. Ur not technically supposed to give it before they are older but they will give it to younger babies to gain weight or if they are never full.

I gave my first cows milk at 9-10months cause my mom told me it would be fine and i'd ve saving money so i did. My poor baby got super constipated. I shouldve at least transitioned slowly from formula but i was young and dumb lol she's 10years old now and has had no issues (including constipation) since she was 2-1/2.

I will not introduce cow's milk to my baby Caroline till she's 1 this time.

My pumping supply tanked around 10.5/11 months so I topped off my daughters bottles for day care with whole milk. She had an easy transition to full whole milk during the day at one year.

Formula seems to have a lot of cows milk in it ( the top three ingredients are taken from it ) , so I don't see how it could do that much damage. I'm sure every baby tolerates it differently .
