I am almost 5 weeks postpartum and I've kind of thought about getting on a dating site just to have conversation and see how it goes. Not in a rush but I was single my whole pregnancy so I kind of miss the whole flirting and maybe finding a connection thing. But then again I am worried it looks trashy to be "dating" that soon. And also the thought of sex makes me want to run and hide lol. Thoughts?

I'm 10 weeks postpartum, I've been single since half way through my pregnancy. I also have a 6 year old son... I honestly would love the companionship, but I don't have the energy to entertain the idea right now. I don't think it's trashy, when you're ready you'll know. I'm definitely not ready yet, but if you are, then do what is right for you!

I don't think it's trashy, whenever you're ready I don't see a problem with it. I found the app bumble to be quite good as the girl has to start the conversation otherwise the guy can't talk to her, helps cut out the rude weirdos ?
