I get red when I get hot too bc of my fair skin. I hate the comments about how it must suck to not be able to be in the sun (bc I'm a redhead). I just put sunscreen on. People are stupid. And then all those stupid comments times 10 bc I'm pregnant ?‍♀️

Gingersnap, I feel your pain! I turn red when I'm angry, upset, disappointed, hot, or drunk lol. Basically anything makes me flushed. I can tan pretty easily but I choose not to, I am scared of skin cancer. Plus I've learned to embrace being fair, how boring would it be if we were all the same skin tone?

It's so dumb!! Being pregnant somehow gives people free reign to air their opinions without caution. It's amazing to me because isn't most of the world on board with the, "don't mess with a tired, hella pregnant lady," concept?! Like, don't eff with me fools or I'll cut you! Lol ???

EMC3, I think people like to think they're being helpful but this lady was with another woman and that woman was pushing a stroller. So I'm guessing one or both of them are a mom so they should know better!

I get this for my daughter. My whole side of the family can literally walk 4 steps outside and our cheeks are red. I always put sunscreen on her and on my face but people are like you need to take her in she's too hot. No trust me I know my child and she will 100% tell me when she's ready to go in. We went kayaking today and about an hour in she pointed to the shore and said in and we went in because I know when she is actually over it plus I have a little clip on umbrella that shades her.

I was told by an older woman I should cover up as I was wearing a low cut summer dress. She went like: what does your husband say about you showing this much skin. When I told her I don't have a husband(we aren't married) she basically told me I was gonna go to hell.

When I was pregnant with my daughter I had a coworker constantly tell me I needed to get rid of my dog before she was born because he would hurt her. He's a 120 pound Great Pyrenees, could care less about her and doesn't have a mean bone in his body. I finally got fed up with it and told her that the dog stays because he's old enough to watch her while I go bar hopping ??‍♀️. The look on her face was priceless ?

Or make sure you wear a hat and scarf because it's cold outside blah blah blah. Like I don't need your advice. I know when it's too cold or hot for me ?

Ahh I just got my first "where did you adopted from" comment on our second walk.

Mind you my baby is 5 days old. She looks more Chinese than Polish but still. Why people why???

I am anticipating more of those comments when I'm out without hubby. I got those all the time when nannying for 3 mixed Korean/Belgian children.

People are so ignorant. Even if a baby was obviously adopted, I wouldn't ask that. That's rude.
