It really isn't so bad not having the father's support, but the thing that makes me really sad is when I see cute little onesies or outfits that say something about "daddy" on it. Breaks my heart. I know we are better off without him & his influence in the long run though.

I know the feeling all too well!! & I hate seeing the clothes mentioning the daddy! It makes me a lil angry! ? But it is what it is! ?

I've always had the desire to buy one and leave it on his truck... just to make sure he hasn't forgotten he has a daughter! ?

CryMad, I did something similar. He's deployed and I sent him a #1 dad mug lol. Obviously he's far from it.

I agree. I've been a lot happier & less stressed without the dad in my life. But I see baby books with sections for dad & I feel heart broken. I think to myself how well I tell my child his dad didn't want to be in his life. :(

Single mom of a 7 and 2 year old. Been single since I was pregnant with my 7 year old. I saw this adorable sweater once I wanted to get for my now 2 year old but it said daddy loves me on it, I bought the sweater and just unstitched that part lol
