Nosy people
Does anyone else get people all the time asking "where's the child's father?" Or "who is the baby daddy?" I also get asked about what his job is lol. I don't get why people take it upon themselves to ask these questions.

I feel this so much. It's a hard subject for me since I'm single and pregnant and the dad is younger than me and not really much helpful.

Yes I think it's rude honestly and I do get upset being that me and the baby's father are married and he's not in the picture. Just a few days ago I got "Is the father of the baby still around?" Like how dare you ask me that s*** lol

It is super rude! Like, what if he's dead or something even worse than he's just a deadbeat? I try to be as open about it as possible to my friends and even on my Facebook, but it's uncomfortable when people I don't know or coworkers ask me.

It does suck when people ask but after a while you will embrace it. My daughter is almost a month old and it definitely doesn't bother me as much anymore. Only a handful of people even know who her dad is.

I just hate the way older people (late 30s and older) look at me when I say I am not married and we aren't together. They look at me like they pity me.

I used to dislike that pity look so much. I would change my answers constantly then shoot back an equally rude question.

I hate it too !! Like mind your business . Some people are so nosy .

I've never been asked like that but they'll beat around the bush with something like "so..is the father supportive..?" ?

I've been with my bf (baby's father) and still get asked that! Meanwhile I've been with him for the last 4 years! Some people are just stupid as hell!!

I get kind of insecure when asked this, you would think people wouldn't ask a pregnant girl such a touchy question -_-

I've found myself wondering about other women who are single and pregnant, but I would never ask them. I get people are curious, but they should still have common courtesy.
