People can be so annoying. I keep getting asked if I'm excited about the pregnancy and I'll say yeah, and they'll be like well you don't look or sound excited. What am I supposed to do, jump for joy? I mean I'll be more excited when he gets here, but for now there are times I get super excited when I see cute boy stuff or when it's time to hear the heartbeat or get an ultrasound. But other than that, I'm not excited 24/7 since I'm usually tired or hungry. Or have sciatica or round ligament pain.

I am with you 100%. My husband made a comment to me about not being excited. I'm like are you really asking me if I'm excited after having a migraine for two days, and being nauseous? When you're not feeling good, of course you're not excited at that moment.

Exactly! It's always men who ask too. They don't get it though, I guess I would be excited too if someone did all the hard work of growing and having my baby for me lol.

I'm with you. People at my job keep asking the same questions and I'm like my answer is going to change just because it's a different day. And I keep getting asked what am I having and I've said I know close to a 50 times "I don't know yet but we're not telling anyone when we find out."

Pregnancy definitely isn't the most fun gig. I don't love it, but I guess I don't really hate it either all the time. The outcome is going to be great though! Even though it's so far away it feels like.

I know! I'm a teacher at an elementary school so the parents and my coworkers are all very sweet but they always make comments like you won't make it until June. You'll deliver in may. I look at them like what and why would you say that? I hear comments like I'm all belly and I'm still tiny but then they say I won't make it to June. I don't get people sometimes!

Mamalitvak, that is annoying! Kind of like how my mom and her side of the family keeps saying I will have to have a C section since they all did. It's like, stop putting that bad juju on us!
