It's pretty normal. I get them regularly. The dizziness is probably not related to the ligament pain so much as your increased blood volume. 40-50% more blood. I get dizzy sometimes standing up or from bending over too long.

Round ligament pain.. brutal. It used to damn near double me over. So far none for me yet, just lightning crotch. Lol
