Any idea what it could be? Allergic reaction maybe? This is the back of my almost 2 years old leg. She had 2 small bumps like these on her bum yesterday evening and woke up with these on her leg. I'm planning to schedule an appt with her doctor but I wondered if anybody could help me in the meantime.

Yep, could be, didn't see anything in her bedding (still washing it right now) but she's outside a lot at her new daycare so she might have gotten bit there.

It definitely could also be hives from what I googled. She's in contact with so many possible allergens.
One I can think of from what I read and the location of the breakout is latex since the teacher puts gloves on to change poopy diapers...

Quick update: it was ok when I got DD from daycare, but 45 minutes later it was on both her legs, some on her arms and even a spot on her face. I went to see the pharmacist and he said, as I thought, that it is an allergic reaction. He recommended kids benadryl and aveeno cream specifically for itching. It worked and she's ok now.
I kept her from daycare today, but she'll go tomorrow. I'll have to keep an eye and see if the reaction comes back. If it does, I'll work with the teacher in trying to find where it could come from...
