Any other ladies sleep deprived w/a headache because of it. I'm gonna be so glad when my lil mama gets her sleep schedule together an sleep all nite. She wakes up an eats every few hrs during the nite an sometimes she stays up instead of going back to sleep. I turn on the tv an she lays there looking at it like she knows wats on. Lol. I literally feel like a walking zombie. When i finally get her down to sleep during the day, my lil toddler is on tha move. Lol. It's so hard to sleep when baby sleeps if u have to keep ya eye on ya other lil one.

So true. I'm right wth ya. Luckily I have daddy here to help when he can. Breastfeeding is challenging she's up every 2 hrs. She sleeps a good 4 hr stretch tho at night I'll take it. Lol hang in there mama! Drink lots of water and ask for help so u can get a good nap that will help it headache!

I would maybe not turn the tv on. They say to keep it as dark as possible at night and as light as possible during the day... that way they start realizing day and night. Another thing that is supposed to help is keep talking to baby a minimum at night and talk lots during the day. This will also help them establish their days and nights.
I hope it gets better soon for you momma! My dd sleeps a good 5 hour stretch after she cluster feeds from 8-11 or 12. But is up almost every hour after that until morning and then it's time to get up with ds (he's three). I understand how tiring it gets!

@Ash help would be nice if my hubbi was home, but unfortunately he works away frm home for 28 days an only home for 7 days when he's off. He just went back to work after being home for 3 weeks to help me with the baby after delivery. An your lil one sleeps 4 hrs at nite? That is amazing. Lol. I can't wait til she gets there.

@ Nicole I use the tv lite just to see so that I can change her when she has her nightly diaper blow outs. Lol, but i turn it off once im done changing her though. I'd rather use tha tv then to have to turn on a lamp an wake her all tha way up.

@their yes I have to get up when my toddler gets up, even if I just be done put the baby back to sleep an i try to lay down, it looks like he times it just rite every morning. Lol. It's up all day once 7am hits. Then I see my 4 older teens off to school so yea my day is pretty much busy after that, til my hubbi comes home again.

I'd get a night light, or even the light of your phone (flashlight that you can point up to the ceiling, even) for night. I have one that I just push a button for and it stays on for ten minutes. It came with a pack and play set we once had.
For day, I'd say to try and keep your toddler busy with TV or a tablet once in a while when your baby naps so you can still be around, but you can at least rest for a few and not be constantly on the go.

When I’m sleep deprived I noticed I get horrible headaches and I become very emotional

DD eats every 2 hours and mainly sleeps for only an hour at a time. I got a total of 3 hours of sleep last night in 3 chunks. Beyond exhausted.
