Hey ladies. Wats on tha menu for turkey day? Im not doin much. Its only gonna be me, my mom, an tha kids because my hubbi works offshore as a boat captain so therefore he wont be home with us this yr, but he will be for Xmas. We normally have a huge feast with family over but my turkey day is gonna be kinda quiet this yr, which i dont mind anyways. Lol. Not havin fried turkey until Xmas. No seafood gumbo til Xmas either. I dont feel like doin all that cooking. Lol. Kids not to happy bout it, but they'll be ok. Lol.

I’m making half a turkey with gravy using the juices I reserve from the turkey ( I’m doing half only because my 12lb turkey won’t fit in my crockpot). I’m also going to make bbq ribs, some pasta, and baked Mac and cheese. ??
