I have an app called "baby countdown" pretty sure it was free, I love it :)

I have an iPhone and just searched "countdown free" (I'm cheap). I found quite a few. They aren't pregnancy apps though. Or you could use the What to Expect app and put your cs date in as your due date.

Yeah I just keep forgetting to subtract the days...

I don't know of a way to change that without changing your daily info. There's only a four day difference between the 18th and 22nd so I would just subtract four days in your head from the countdown the app gives you.
