If you have a clot your legs will swell, become red, & will be hot to touch

The pain had just started at 4am that morning...

I am not exactly sure how the check to make sure there isn't a blood clot.... But the only thing the nurse did was check to make sure I wasn't dilated and checked to see if I was having contractions...

I still keep getting this shooting pain in my thigh.... Guess I better get used to it...

Pain in the legs can be a blood clot and with increased risk of of them while being pregnant it's never anything to mess with but since you went to the dr I'm thinking you should be ok that would be the first thing they would check for hope your pain gets better

When did your RLP start? I'm 22 weeks and only had it twice when I first start walking. I remember having a decent amount of RLP with my last pregnancy. I'm a little nervous about it being worse this time.

I have it in my thigh/vaginal region. Doc said its totally normal and unfortunately common especially in 2nd and beyond pregnancies. Mine is sometimes intolerant and I can't sleep. It's just something that we will all have to push through :( hope you get some relief!

@pp yeah that's what I thought... And everything I have read on RLP says nothing bout it happening in thigh... So I am very confused, I feel like the nurse just wanted me out of there...

I have never heard of it in the thigh either...RLP is usually just the uterus stretching...
