Tmi hemorrhoids question
Ok so I have internal hemorrhoids and I am waiting on the pharmacy to fill the script my doc gave me...
There was a post about this not long ago in R&R, I wish I could remember what was suggested. I remember someone said a warm bath helps relieve it and so do tucks pads. If I come across it I'll edit my post and add to it. Sorry you're going through this!!
** search "exterior hemorrhoid" in R&R. That's the post I remember seeing.
Doesn't Metamucil help with constipation?? I haven't been constipated, could it still help??

Ok so as stated above my internal have become external... My doc gave me a medication for the internal ones.. But it's a suppository ( worked great in the beginning )and now I can't get it in, they also told me to get an OTC cream which I got, and it was helping a little...
But I woke up this morning to find that my hemorrhoids are now bleeding and using the cream just burns really bad... Doc said to call her Monday if the meds didn't work..
Question is.. Is this something that can wait for me to call doc in the morning?? Or does it need to be checked out now??
Well my internal have now become external... So I am not really moving... And have to wait for doc office to open to get better medication... The OTC stuff just isn't cutting it... Once these kids are in bed, I am so going to sit in a bath and not move.... Ouch ouch ouch
Thanx ladies
Yeah witch hazel is for external only... From what I have been able to find out, internal are the worst cause there isn't much u can use...
Any one else got any ideas??
A warm, shallow bath worked wonders for me
