Implantation happens usually between 7-10 dpo but it can happen a few days earlier or later. Seeing how you are 7 dpo I think you're still in the game.

Don't worry about the dip, too early to be concerned about a drop in temp. In fact at, 7dpo that could be a great sign!!!
