Hard ball in my belly?

I feel stupid for asking but today I was laying on my back and felt a lot of pressure in my stomach so I reached down and felt a hard little ball on the right side! It's super low, below my belly button. But every where else felt squishy except that one spot. Then once I got up it was gone. Was that my baby? ? I'm pretty sure it was but I'm a ftm and this is my rainbow, so everything still feels pretty unreal.
