Spotting at 6 weeks
I'm 6, almost 7 weeks with my first baby and I just went to the bathroom and wiped and there was a tiny bit of pink spotting. I'm terrified to have a miscarriage. I'm not in any pain and the spotting is very light but I'm just really scared? Has this happened to anyone else? :( I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow.

Yes it happen to me all the way till I was 12wks. My doctor said it was normal as long and it wasn't heavy. Let your doctor know. I wish ya the best with everything.

Very normal can also be part of your mucus plug because it falls away in little pieces most the time, later in pregnancy when you reach 33 and up it will most like fall out again but in a big chunk.
Your mucus plug regenerates especially when your so early through the pregnancy. Another name for it is the bloody show. If you are worried still tell you doc. :)

I spotted my entire first trimester. It's normal. Watch the amount of blood and your pain tho. Those are red flags if they get worse.

With my first I had implantation bleeding

ER will check you out if you're worried.
I was checked out in my second pregnancy. My uterus was full of blood and I eventually lost the baby.
But my bleeding was a little more than spotting.
Hoping the best. I wouldn't wish a miscarriage on anyone. It's an awful thing to go through ?

Samantha I'm sorry, I understand the pain ? I'm not super worried only because it's extremely light and I'm not in pain or cramping or anything. If I start to I'll definitely want to go to the ER. But for right now everything seems okay and I'm calling my doctor tomorrow. Thank you ladies ❤

I spotted at 5 weeks. They said my placenta wasn't attached and was at risk for miscarriage. They had me take it easy for the next few weeks. They said they see it a lot and to not worry, usually it works itself out and that spotting isn't unusual, it's just not "normal" for pregnancy. Everything worked out and am 26 weeks with a little girl. Just go to the doc. And see what they say. And take it easy. :)

So two things, I spotted with my first and it did end in a miscarriage and I spotted with this pregnancy and this is the second part. I believe fear and anxiety can lead to miscarriage. Many don't want to believe we hold any accountability for the miscarriages and sometimes thats true, but I read and you can search it yourself on webmd I think that stress adds something to your blood and can lead to miscarriage. So many women who have multiple miscarriages have much more of this in their blood, I forget what it's called, as they're much more fearful of losing each time. I was scared my whole first pregnancy of losing my baby I truthfully believe i caused it. Fear can cause sickness and so many physically issues. Women can literally make their bodies appear pregnant with symptoms just from believing it. That's called phantom pregnancies so if we can make believe it then our worries and fear of losing it can also lead our bodies to rejecting it. I believe this because in my second and current pregnancy I started to worry and started spotting the same way. I then questioned if my fear could be causing it and did the research and found out yes it could. I determined that moment to stop worrying and have faith. No kidding the bleeding stopped and was gone instantly. Totally normal pregnancy since. So I now encourage women to not fear or worry but have faith that all will be as it should and no amount of worry will help but actually hinder. It's the same thing late in pregnancy. Stress can lead to less fetal movement. Our stress does effect our baby so finding the ways to handle it is so needed. The best thing you can do for baby is smile and have peace.
