Best Prenatals + DHA
What's the best prenatal + dha that you ladies use? I've been taking a prescription one (I'm in bed and don't feel like getting up to see the name?) but it tastes TERRIBLE when I inevitably belch and taste it. It makes me want to puke and it tastes like raw fish? I need some suggestions for the prenatals that you like best. Preferably something I can get at a drug store and won't be terrible on the wallet. Thanks!

Get Iron Folic from Nutrilite. I use it myself and I'm grateful for it. It's all natural. Tastes fine. You could also take multivitamins like Daily, also from Nutrilite. I'm not in USA but I could hook you up to the store ;)

I took the One A Day Prenatal pack with DHA. I loved it! No smell, no aftertaste and no belching. My doctor just switched my prenatal to prescription but I'll keep taking the DHA.

I use the rainbow brand prenatals. They are a little more expensive than some of the other brands I've seen but are also the only ones I can take on an empty stomach and not get nauseated from.

I took gummys with my son because I threw up any other kind. I forget the brand though, maybe vitafusion prenatal. This time I'm taking gummys too and I think they're the one a day brand prenatal (purple bottle.) I'm also too lazy to get up and look ?

Thanks ladies! I'll be going to the store today. The last two days I have just taken two of my regular women's one a day since they have the same ingredients (doubled) except DHA obviously which I need. I just seriously can't stomach that other pill anymore. I even take it at night right before bed and I still burp the nastiness up in the morning ?
