Trying to decide between the KidCraft So Chic or Majestic Mansion dollhouse for my almost 3 yr old.…

Trying to decide between the KidCraft So Chic or Majestic Mansion dollhouse for my almost 3 yr old. I also have another girl on the way so it will have years of use (and I know my 8 yr old son will play with it too but he will never admit it!). There are pros and cons to each. I really like the So Chic bc several kids can play at the same time without getting in each other's way and I like that the furniture doesn't fill the entire room. And I just like the look of it better. The cons are that it's a little more expensive, a little bigger so it will take up more space in my smallish house,and it won't sit against the wall (although it can always be pushed in a corner when not in use). The Majestic Mansion is a little cheaper ($25-30 less), will sit against the wall but only 2-3 kids can play at a time and the furniture fills the rooms so there's not as much space for dolls. Right now I'm leaning towards the So Chic but looking for advice and reviews from been there done that mamas.
