My preemie lo is now almost 2 and has a ridge down the center of her abs from diastasis recti. She doesn't have a hernia nor seem to have any pain and "Dr. Google" says it's not serious and will probably heal on its own. Just wondering if any of you mama's have experience with this and how long it might take to heal?
