Do u pump through the night? If not be cautious Bc the mornings of large quantities will dissappear gradually. I pump before I go to bed then at 1 am and again around 5am. I get about 7 oz each time. With my first I didn't pump at night at it was like overnight my supply dropped quickly!
I pumped through the night for the first 4 months but now I pump 4 times a day: 6AM, between 11-12, between 4-5, and 10PM. This was an exceptionally large morning pump. I usually get 14-16 oz in the morning and 7-8 oz the other 3 pumps. How long had you been pumping when you saw the sudden drop in supply?
It was earlier on probably around 3 months or so. I pumped for 6 months but toward the end I'd pump 3x a day at work and only come home with about 6 oz total. My supply just dwindled away. But i also got extremely skiny like 9 9 lbs so maybe I just didn't have the calories to pump a lot.
This time has been a lot better but I'm to afraid to skip a pump yet. I pump every 3 hours even at night. I'm only 7 weeks pp tho
I pumped for about 9.5 months before I started drying up. Still pumping now but just twice a day so she is getting a BM and frozen bm split now. She was 10 months on the 5th

Wat shud I do to get this much, I only get about 4oz from both, am lo is only 3weeks

This was after about 4-5 months of pumping and was an extra big pump which is why I took the pic! Haha
