If u didn't track, you probably did ovulate later then. U can get ewcm for days before ovulation even happens. Its not enough to go on alone, without a positive opk.

I’m in the same boat, negative at 12dpo so far.

I didn’t track ovulation but i felt the symptoms on cd 14 and had EWCM so i assumed i was ovulating! And yes i did retest got a bfn too

You may have ovulated later. Fx u get your bfp

Don’t give up hope just yet! Maybe implantation just happened later and the HCG is building up. Fx for you!
