TMI.....Brown Discharge

Hi everyone! I'm almost 11 weeks pregnant and I've some spotting incidents. Last week I had bloody discharge that quickly became brown and stopped. Saw my baby on Monday he/she was very active with a strong heartbeat. Had some more brown discharge last night when I wiped, it lasted 2 or 3 hours. Gone again today. Should I be worried? Should I schedule another U/S? I should also mention that I do have thrush so could it be related to that? TIA
