This morning I had a dream. It was so real. I was chatting to a nurse friend of mind and I was complaining about stomach pains. She says hop up on the the table and ill scan you real quick. I remember thinking in the dream " great another ultrasound for stupid stomach issues". So anyways she fires up the machin and low and behold there's a baby wiggling it's hands and legs. My friend says oh my god it looms like your about 6 months pregnant and it's a girl! My Fiancé and I then went to visit my son's grave to tell him he was going to have a little sister. I woke up thinking about making an appointment with by OBGYN. It took 2 or 3 minutes for the realisation to hit me that none of it was real. The pain and disappointment was so strong and unexpected. Sorry if all of this sounds stupid I just didn't know who else to talk to about it...my fiancé would probably think I'm nuts. I feel so depressed after it ?

Don't stop believing though... As hard as it is.
I dreamt that I took a test and was pregnant, woke up, took a test and there was a positive. Shock isn't the word I'd use.

The mind is a powerful thing. A while back after my 1st mc i had my nails and toesies done at a day spa as a bit of a treat. While sitting there a though/picture/vision (i have no idea what to call it) popped into my head. It was so disturbingly real. I saw a tiny little baby with lush black hair wearing a pink outfit in my arms. Was the weirdest thing ever. 2 weeks later i had a positive pregnancy test. Later found out it was twins but lost them at 12 weeks. I think subconciously some women know that they are pregnant before even realising it in reality.
