Finding it hard
Hey ladies, I don't know why but for the past few days I've been finding it really hard to stop myself from crying. I lost my son in October and I thought I dealt with the worst of it but now I just have this ache in my heart. It's hard to explain but it's like it's breaking all over again and I don't know why. Maybe it's thought of my impending due date...maybe it's knowing I should be getting ready for his arrival right now or maybe it's the fact we've been trying and nothings happening. Whatever it is I'm finding it hard to even drag myself out of the bed at the moment

I know exactly how you feel. I was almost 4 months with my baby when I had to get a D&C june 2014. I found out I contracted herpes from my bf. So it caused my sac to rupture. Had to get a D&C done that same night. Everything happened so fast. 1st I found out my sac ruptured so I was leaking water for a few days, than to find out the cause was due to herpes (first outbreak causes pregnancy loss) than come to realize that If I did not go to the hospital fast I will go into septic shock. I have an almost 4 year old so I did everything I could to stay healthy for her. I suffered so much after that. Cried everyday, sometimes at random. We tried after but I kept getting my period. It was not until december after my period that I conceived. I just miscarried saturday at 7 weeks. It just happened for no reason at all. I was healthy the whole time and during my miscarriage my bloodwork was perfect stated the doctor at the hospital. I feel stronger now only because I was so early. I will be trying again after I stop bleeding. Things will get better. Cry as much as you can because it truley does help the process. God will bless you. Never lose hope and just pray for your strenth and healing.

Completely normal i read somewhere after loosing my son 3 years ago that grief comes in waves to begin with the waves are pretty constant but they slowly get further apart... and its true, you will have good days and bad days its all part of the grief process. I still have bad days. The whole of January is bad for me i think it alway will be. Do what you need to to get threw it stay in bed cry when you need too there is not righ5 or wrong way to grieve. Xx

Girls thank you so much for the replies they mean alot to me. I'm so so sorry for ur losses. It sucks. I've been having a pretty rough day but it's good to know there's support on here. I think my fiancé understands to a degree but he grieves differently than I do. Sometimes I feel silly and selfish for breaking down on him because I know it rakes it back up for him. Thank you both for understanding and for helping me feel like I'm not going crazy

I think men dont like to let there emotion threw. Like somedays i want to take about Jaxon our son and he starts to get upset and says i dont want to talk about this now. The thing is for us women it does help to talk about it and it ok if we get upset and cry. I think they just want to act tough for us sometimes and they dont know how to get there emotions out. Im aways here to chat just pm me if you want x
