Some days when Mason is being a terror I tell him "tomorrow when I work you can be as cheeky as you like for nana cause it won't be my problem" haha.... Sometimes working is a great escape
I wanted another one at that age too. Then I soon changed my mind when she started getting teeth and became mobile lol. Then when she turned one I decided let's have another and fell preg... I'm 10wks off my due date and I still have a moment everyday when I think "OMG why am I having another one right now!?!?" ??
But ultimately I don't think there's ever a right or perfect time. If it is right for your families future and you can afford it then everything else will work itself out eventually (or so I keep reassuring myself ??)
Mine have 16 months between them so my son was about 6.5 months when I fell pregnant with my daughter. We thought it'd take at least a few months for me to fall pregnant after being on the pill but nope. First month we tried then BAM! Lol so it might not take as long as you think it will ??
I agree with waiting until he's a little older. Once he's moving around more and can communicate better you'll have a better idea how you'd cope with another one. And if you can afford it go for it.
I've just convinced my dh to try for another. No timeframe for it yet but if everything goes well there's a fair chance we'll have 3 under 2.5.
Oh and thought I'd add. Now when I look back, I would have held on a while more for another baby. They change and grow SO MUCH in two years that you miss a lot even when they're the only child so I do wish I could have given him more of the "us time" as his sister has been stuck on me since she's been born. I never thought I'd get clucky after my second, especially with her being so clingy but every time I think of having another baby, I think of how little she is (15 months) and how much more growing and learning she has until she is at least two. I also believe it would have been easier to have a two year old and a newborn. But yeah, I'll shut up now haha
We had 3 under 3 what a nightmare if I could change the gap it would be 2 years between each 3 under 6 :)) it's so hard getting them in and out of the car, shopping is a nightmare. Going out in general is so hard we hardly leave the house ? but in saying that it's going to be awesome when there older ??

I said the same thing when Mason was about 3-4 months old...
Now I'm like ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh another baby???? I'm too scared to have another. He makes up for about 3 babies. Hard work ...

Very true Alessia, I'm way too scared still. I don't think I'll ever plan to fall pregnant, it will have to be something that just happens.
I said to my husband the other night that Mason needs a friend. He looked at me and said "are you feeling alright" hahah ...
