Took me weeks to work out my son loathed being on his back... The whole sids thing has you so scared sh*tless you forget the basics of hey maybe they don't like that spot lol.. My son slept a million times better on his side after i discovered it by accident when we both fell asleep out of sheer exhaustion one night on he lounge, he was blissfully sleeping in my arm which was squeezed up against the side of the lounge! I freaked out because the sun was up! We'd slept for like 5 hours...
Sjkelly, Noah is nearly 4 months, he's had no issues sleeping at night until now. But if him sleeping on his side does the trick, then I'll continue to do so! This Mumma needs her sleep hahah.
I'm 38 weeks, I'm totally dreading that mass sleep deprivation! No amount of annoying people telling you how tired you'll be prepares you for it! Hope you can squeeze in a power nap today!
That's right! One of my girlfriends just found out she's pregnant and when I say how tired I am she usually fobs it off with 'oh, your baby is worth it though!'
This is very similar to me and 8 month old dd2 right now. It has been like this for about 4 months. I can't think about it too much as its just too upsetting!
I gotta just keep going, & maybe in a few years I'll sleep longer than 3 hrs in a row ????
