It was a guy, there were two of them in the car, but they drove off too quick for me to even get somewhat of a description ?

UPDATE:

Well, that was a bust :/ the police came just now (2:45pm). They ran the license plate but couldn't get a match, so not much they could do. The photo was too blurry. They said they'd ring me if they did find him. I just have to keep photos of the ripped up grass and cement pipe cover so they can use it against him if they do find him.

The police were lovely though, the female officer said she wishes she could find him because d*ckheads like that need to be hit with a fine and to lose their license, lol.

I wish I was quick enough and got a better photo :/ she said also just said to keep an eye out if I see the vehicle and can get the number plate I can report them again.

Oh well, I'm just glad we and our house are okay.
