Morning sickness ?

I'm 8 weeks pregnant, morning sickness kicked in a few days ago and I've basically been bed-ridden! I can't roll over without being hit with a wave of nausea and then needing to run to the bathroom to throw my guts up.

Have a pack of crackers beside your bed and ginger ale. Wake up a few mins early and eat the crackers and it should calm some of the morning sickness. If your not on any medication for nausea, I recommend you call your doctor and ask for zofran. It's a awesome medicine.

Zofran is good but WARNING: it makes you EXTREMELY constipated so ask your doc for Colace as well to help combat the constipation

I am having the exact same problem. I'm also 8 weeks and morning sickness/nausea is kicking my butt! I puke my guts out all day and night no matter what I eat. I try to eat small meals then I try and force myself to eat larger meals. I work nights and at work my nausea hits the worse. My managers are soon going to get annoyed with me constantly going to the bathroom. I need suggestions to cope! Ginger ale doesn't seem to work at all.

I am so very with you. I have 3 kids already, two in school, and I run a business from home. Luckily I am on my own schedule but I am absolutely miserable with morning sickness and nausea. I feel awful. I'm not throwing up but just nauseated beyond belief all the time. I've only had two good days in three weeks and I'm getting burned out. :( I hope things get better soon for you!!

Ginger helps. Whether it be ginger ale or tea.
