Little brown stringy discharge
So upto now Iv had nothing other than clear discharge. I’m 15w1d and this morning my pants had a blob of brown stringy discharge in it and again when I wiped. Phoned early pregnancy unit but they can’t see me til Tuesday cus of bank holiday. Does anyone have any advice for me? After previous miscarriages I’m rather nervous now. Also I have found babies heartbeat with my Doppler so that makes me feel a little better but I know I shouldn’t use that as evidence everything is ok

My doctor said brown discharge is very common and normal

My last miscarriage started with brown discharge which is why I’m more nervous I think. But now Iv seen that I think I’m imagining pain and my anxiety is through the roof. I found heartbeat on my Doppler was definitely baby but obviously I can’t rely on that to make sure everything is ok

I get it while having sex because I have a vascular cervix. I’ve also gotten it from having a uti. My doctor said it’s common so if you’re concerned the best thing is to call your OB so you can have peace of mind ?

I spoke to the hospital as doctors is open due to bank holidays and that the only way I can contact my midwife. After the 2 bits I had I haven’t had anymore. I’ll just have to wait til Tuesday to be seen.
