Brown spotting.
Don't know if anyone can help me.. but yesterday I went to the zoo for the day. Felt my usual tired self kept having to sit down but I went to the toilet cus I felt wet thought it was the usual clear discharge on to find spots of brown discharge/blood on my panty liner. I panicked straight away as that's how miscarriage started last year. I stayed at the zoo changed the panty liner and then the only other time I got it was around 3 hours later just 2 small spots. I then changed the pants liner again and haven't had any since. I didn't dare get up this morning incase but there is nothing. Has anyone had this and things be ok? Planning on phoning a midwife today but with it being bank holiday not sure if I'll get hold of anyone?

I have had spotting with every pregnancy. 1 ended in mc, 2 resulted in babies. I have spotted quite frequently with this pregnancy too. Good luck, it can be very normal part of pregnancy.

It's how my miscarriage last year started out so it freaked me out. Iv got a scan tomorrow from the midwife so I'm hoping and praying everything is ok x

I'm not trying to be rude or blunt but call your doctor! If you have any concerns you should always call your doctor. We don't know your medical history, and just because spotting turned out to be no big deal for one lady that doesn't mean it will be the same for you. It's ALWAYS safest for you and the baby to just go ahead and call. They won't mind, they get paid for it?

I have phoned Jenkins Iv got an appointment for a scan tomorrow morning I just wondered on other people's experience to try reassure me until then as my past experience ended in miscarriage so wondered if anyone had a nice story after brown spotting

Cherbear yes I have read somewhere it could be a slight infection or anything as simple as that.. google has become my best friend and my worst enemy in the past 24 hours. Hopefully I'll find out soon what the problem is. Fingers crossed it's something that can be corrected. X
