I use water and follow the package directions. Sometimes like bring water and quinoa to a boil, then reduce and simmer
I love making a quinoa salad type dish, I dice up yellow peppers, tomatoes, green onion, corn, black olives and artichoke hearts. SO good. I dress lightly with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar
I use veggie stock to boil it. Just make sure you rinse the quinoa well before you boil it.
I usually make a big batch and then use it on salads, as a base-topped with black beans, avocado, sweet potatoes and salsa or a variety of roasted veggies.
We use it in place of rice in stuffed peppers also.

There’s usually directions on the back of the package. Add a side of veggies to your meals too.

You can make it like rice. You can boil it.
You can make Buddha bowls, usually it's quinoa, greens, maybe chickpeas, sweet potatoes, avocado, a dressing if you like.
If you eat meat you can add that in.

It's a good substitute for rice. I boil it and use it in salads and stir frys

Use half water half stock (meat or vegetable) to cook it. And it needs to be cooked well, similar to rice I think.
