Credit questions fast!!!
So we are about to close on our house at the end of April. Dh has very good the loan will be in his name but I will be on the title. Well they just pulled dhs credit and lender said they suddenly can't see anything except for one credit card and that the numbers are suddenly low. Why!!???

Something doesn't sound right ? Can DH check his credit himself to see what he sees and mention it to them? If he has more than one account they all should definitely show!

He sees everything. In fact his credit went up 55 points last month

He should let them know and have them double check because they are definitely doing something wrong..and of course it would happen right before you are closing! I hope it gets figured out ?

I know here in Canada there are different credit bureau companies. Trans Union and Equifax. Perhaps it's the same?
If it were me I would go to a second lender to have a backup in case it doesn't work. Getting your credit checked a lot decreases your score but for a major purchase like a house I would do it. And a few checks won't do much it's when you are checking it/ seeking credit dozens of times.

My husband had that happen one time. All it came down to was that someone had put his birthday in wrong.

He sent her all his credit card reports hopefully it gets resolve?
