You need to see your gynecologist because it can get really bad and if they don't take out the sebaceous cyst out it will just continue to happen amd grow and swell up.
Contrary to popular belief, pee is not sterile. I would have your GYN Doctor look at it, I wouldn't mess around with that area since it's pretty dirty.
? you are crazy lol how did you get the courage to pop it? I've had those cyst and they hurt so bad! But try soaking in warm water and definitely get a doctor to look at it just to be sure you aren't getting an infection. That area down there is so easy to get an infection.

I used to get cyst down under a lot when I was a teenager. They'd get huge, pop, puss out, and bleed for 1-2 weeks. It was all very painful. They were bigger that a half dollar and I could fit my finger in the opening, sorry for TMI. After the last one I got I finally went to the doctor and got something to take for it. Don't be me, go to the doctor and have it looked at. After that last one I did some research and saw that Shea butter helps keep them away. I switched body soaps and lotions to something that has Shea butter in it and haven't had any problems since. I also stopped shaving down under so often because ingrown hairs can cause them.

I would get some hot Epsom saltwater on a rag, and put it on there. Or soak in a hot Epsom salt bath. Get to your dr too.

I warm compress them, then they usually "pop" on there own. Really it's best not to mess with them.
