Mine has definitely had some complaints about my family. Understandably so. My mom is a psycho and he can't stand her. Don't blame him one hit.

He really dislikes my sister because she is seriously passive aggressive. That's ok, I have the same issues.

He likes my dad and step mom a lot but I know my step mom gets on his nerves a bit. She's very loud and over the top and it can be annoying. But the only times he's actually complained about my family is when my mom or sister hurts me.

Lol everything that bugs him about my family bothers me too ??

My mom can't wash a dish properly. Every time she babysits I'm like don't worry about cleaning anything! Cuz she does such a s*** ty job. She'll do dishes and I'll be finding random cups and plates and stuff with food stuck to them for days ??

My dad can be like super abrasive at times. But he really does love my husband dearly. Calls him 'son' and everything.

My brothers... Well my one brother is 25 and lives at home and is super lazy and never wants to get a job. So that's annoying but not really our problem.

My other brother is socially inept. Just cannot seem to function like most people in common situations. And when it happens constantly we definitely end up getting rubbed the wrong way sometimes.

We moan about mine too. The difference is, we can tell mine and they will listen to us and respect us as adults. We can also stay away from them when they've irritated us and they will respect that we need space and leave us alone

When my son was born my parents came to stay. For 2 months.

Now fair enough they came from NZ to the UK but I had to make a rule that they could only stay a week then go somewhere else for a week otherwise my OH and I would've gone stir crazy.

My dad would turn on the news, sit in my OH's chair and promptly fall asleep. But heaven forbid if you switched the channel- instantly he'd wake up and insist he was watching that.

Same when his mum and step dad came from the UK to NZ though after we moved here... Popsie eats so loudly!!!

Oh I have many stories. Haha

My dh hates most of my family.

My dad stays with a woman that not only mentally abused me and my sister but PHYSICALLY abused us as well.

My step mom (the abuser) plays innocent and pretends to be the victim constantly.

My older stepbrother is a brat and doesn't have to do ANYTHING like pay bills or have a real job like I did when I lived there, he gets whatever he wants and my step mom constantly makes up reasons why he is allowed to have a bad attitude

My younger stepbrother is whiny but for the most part my dh likes him.

My real mom acts like a spoiled whiny brat when she doesn't get her way and when she is mad she acts super crazy and over the top.

My sister thinks she has it rough bc she goes to college but fails to see that she could be like a lot of college kids and have a job also (which she doesn't and she isn't taking many classes either...) And she doesn't pay a single bill BUT he still likes her for the most part as well.

I agree with him on ALL this stuff so I can't blame him lol

My family is... Well hard to handle. Haha.

My step-sisters are 14&16, so right now they're at that fun "I know everything" age.

My sisters are both 19 and delinquents. Also, if you say anything to them it's "because they're gay". ? No, it's because you're an idiot.

My dad is extremely opinionated. My mom is an alcoholic, and my step-mom can be way too hyper. Sometimes talking to her is like talking to a teen.

The biggest complaint I've gotten from my husband is my family's dynamic. We cuss a lot, and constantly poke fun at each other. He's not at all used to that.

Oh and don't get me wrong, I love my family. We're just a different breed and oftentimes, difficult.

He doesn't like my sister at all and I kind of don't blame him. He gets mad at her and my mom because they always team up against me and start things with me and my mom babies her which is sad because she's 25.

Luckily, we both get along with the entire extended family (both sides). If he were to say something about my folks, it'd probably be that my mom is a weirdo (she really is a strange person), and that my dad is too conservative.

On the flip side; his mom is high strung, his stepdad is WAY too into harmonicas, and his biodad I've only ever met 3 times in the 13 years we've been together.

All very minimal things...we're both really lucky!

I don't think he'd have a problem with my mom, but he'd probably as he's tired of my dad asking to borrow money all the time.

He would say that my parents are way too involved.

My parents always bend over backwards to help us with anything and everything. They are the same way with my brother - it's just who they are. They helped us paint our deck, they watch our 3 yr old & dog whenever we need them to, my dad is a home builder, so he has updated some things on our house. My dad still tries to check my oil & tires whenever I come over. My mom will do the dishes if she's at our house.

I don't think he'd have anything bad to say about my parents.

Now, my birth father he'd probably have a lot to say about.

My mom has never called my so by his name. He has been going by a different name for the past 8 years. She knows his name but just wants to call him another name. The make "jokes" that are very offensive but they don't see it that way, of course. But, even still my SO loves my parents because they might get on his nerves every once in a while but they are always there to offer a helping hand and are very supportive.

ETA: He is not a big fan of my sister. For many, many reasons. Most of those reasons are the same as why I can't stand her half the time. But he deals and puts up with her. Out of all my family members she is the one he vents to me about the most and the one that irks him the most.

My mum is very quirky with her hair, clothing etc. She talks way to much and over explains everything (just like me!).

My dad is rough around the edges. Calls it as he sees it. Loud and has his options on everything. And would put a sailor to shame with swearing! Under all that tho he would move heaven and earth for his family and is super loyal.

My SO has said that my mom an older sister are to much to bare most times. He gets along with my dad but doesn't be besties cuz of the way he has had favorites with my younger two sister's. My step mom is a whiny lush. Is okay an has a alright relationship with my second younger sister. An his favorite who he adopted as his own real lil sister is my lil sister. He basically watched her grow up an loves her dingy clumsy weird ways so do I though to. An out of everyone she is the most caring an responsible one.

My husband has nothing bad to say about mom. He loves her to death and thinks she is the greatest. If anything he says she wishes she was around more

My soon to be ex husband has told me numerous times he wished I was more like my mother.. Um no I love my mom she's amazing BUT she has no back bone, she is mother Teresa helping every1 in need and never has time for herself, ain't nobody got time for that. Plus she is old fashion so she believes a man can do what he wants while a women has no voice.. Nope nope and nope. My family never butts in always keep their opinion to themselves. The only negative he ever said about my family is that my brother n sister r going to hell.. Because they are both gay.. That didn't bother me because I think we are all going to hell if we look at it closely he cheated which is wrong and I left him which is also wrong. So yeah he's entitled to his feeling and opinions and I'm entitled to mine

My SO is just as aggravated with my family as I am.

My mother is super annoying and we both try to avoid her as much as possible.

He gets along with my stepmom though. And he's had back and forths with my dad but overall they are good.

I agree to everything my SO says about my family as it's all true..

My youngest sister is a "no it all, my way or the high way b**** and she is "never wrong.!."

My step dad well I could write a novel about him. I think he is great, he's good to our kids and has helped me out a lot but he needs to know the ins and outs of every little thing you do.!!

There the only ppl my so really has anything bad to say about.

Does anyone like their in laws?

Does anyone like their in laws? With all the posts about terrible in laws I was just wondering if anyone actually likes their in laws?!?! I love me in laws. I'm blessed to have such a wonderful immediate and extended family. My mil loves spending time with my boys. She comes over at least once a week and will sleep over. She gets up with the boys in the morning and let's my husband and I sleep in. My fil is a great man also. He's always coming over to visit and do some odd jobs around the house (my husband is not handy at all lol). So anyone else have great in laws?? I figured I'd ask so we can talk positively about our in laws!!!

Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?

the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳 now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=516754249189660&id=100025652680318 so yes ima go hard in the comments because unborn babies are involved!
