They can dry milk up. I took fenugreek while I took cold meds.

Sadly nothing. It'll dry up your milk. I used nasel spray and tylenol

Garlic . I ate a clove of garlic every 4 hours while I had the cold real bad and continued nursing, my son did not get sick and I was back on my feet by the end of the day and 100% by next day. Garlic is a super herb

Regular analgesia and plenty of fluids. Those annoying symptoms are your immune response and that shouldn't be suppressed

I had to take musinex while nursing. I drink a gallon of water a day so I didn't have any supply issues. When I would get sick, my son usually was sick so he nursed more anyways. Decongestants effect some supplies but not others

Thank you ladies so much I'm just suffering through it... I'm afraid to hurt my supply. Ds is sick too so I'm trying to drink as much as possible. And trying to rest but .. That's not happening. Thanks again!
