I personally would not because I think worst case scenario. Like what if it doesn't work properly and starts a fire? Or baby gets overheated? I don't think thats very safe.
I don't leave the heating pad in the crib. When my LO is fussy and only wants to sleep in my arms, I just put the pad on top of the sheets until my LO is asleep. Then I take it out of the crib and put him on the warm spot.
I would worry about him getting overheated if I left the pad there all night. Never mind the fire hazard.
Thank you... I just worry so much with him in my bed that I will suffocate him with the comforter or worse, smother him. I'm desperate to get him in his bed.
We would warm up a rice pack then put it on his spot 15 min before he'd lay down and would remove it right before we'd lay him down, so his spot would be warm and not hot. Helped him relax so much, we did this for months
?? Nope. Not safe at all. Have you ever fallen asleep on a heating pad and woken up with a burn? I have and it was on the lowest setting under a sheet.

No, definitely not. The risk of a burn or overheating is enough for me to stay away from this idea.

I wouldn't. I have heard of heating up a sock filled with rice in the microwave though so something warm is next to baby. Never tried it out though.

That's not even safe for an adult.
