TMI sorry
I've been pretty constipated lately i haven't been eating as much as i should because my nausea is so bad, but yesterday and today when i finally had a bowl movement i also had done blood in my stool i mean it was quite a lot i made sure it was not my vaginal area. Please no harsh comments, I'm just concerned.

If it's bright red you probably burst a hemheroid. I wouldn't even worry unless it keeps happening, it's very common in pregnancy.
I swear by oatmeal every morning & a cup of regular (or decaf) coffee. Gets those pipes going!

I'm no expert but I really don't think it's anything to worry about. I had about a week or so when I was terribly constipated and when I finally went, I had a little blood in there. That happened to me a few times before being pregnant too. Just make sure you're drinking tons of water- get a water bottle and strive to fill it and drink it a certain number of times a day so you're getting at LEAST 64oz a day. Eat more high fiber foods or maybe get a stool softener like Benefiber, just call your doctor to make sure it's okay to consume. An 8-12oz cup of coffee each morning can help as well, like previous poster said.

It's definitely due to constipation. Just drink tons of water.

I have had EXTREME constipation my entire pregnancy. I'm 33 weeks & still get pretty constipated. I agree, drink A LOT of water. Walking does wonders too. Sometimes I would take a few bottles of water with me and go for a walk just so I could have a BM. It works. Eat plenty of veggies and you should be fine. I would stills mention it to your doctor tho. (:

You may have an internal hemmhoroid that bled as you passed your bowel movement....I had them with my first pregnancy, they didn't hurt until I had to poop :(
