Claritin it has safe ingredients I had the same problem I took the liquid kind it worked faster for me took almost the whole bottle my allergys got so bad and baby is healthy as can be!

It's recommended not to take anything in the first trimester, even if it is considered pregnancy safe.

My doctor recommended benedryl when I was n the first trimester. I took it and baby is fine. Im almost 31 wks now

Benadryl is fine:) I took it a few times, but I suffered through most of it without meds. I heard and read that allergy symptoms are your body's way of creating mucus and fluids for pregnancy. I was never told that taking meds would harm the process, but I didn't want to chance it:)

Benadryl, Zyrtec. I've consulted two OBs who both said Zyrtec is fine since I can't take benadryl.
