Does anyone else not really feel pregnant ? I mean I get constipation here and there and gas and get tired . The breast soreness has gone a little, but I guess with all my symptoms, none make me feel that much different than normal. It's really odd, sometimes I wish I got sick all the time to make it more "real". The doctor said my baby is perfect and has a strong heart, but when I am too early to feel the baby move, and I generally just feel a little tired if anything, it's just odd. I'm about 9 and a half weeks now.had my ultrasound at 8 and a half weeks and everything looked great. Anyone else in this same boat ?

We can always switch positions lol! I wasn't sick a single day with my first pregnancy and had zero symptoms. I delivered a healthy baby girl. You are FINE and LUCKY!

I think the fact that so many women on here post about miscarriages it has me paranoid that I'm not always feeling something that would let me know I'm still pregnant and the baby is fine.

I wish I didn't have any symptoms because my boobs and my back are killing me! Lol I know it's tough when you're early and can't feel the baby move yet as a reassurance. I ordered a fetal Doppler and every morning I check to hear my baby's heartbeat for a quick second and it helps me calm down a lot.

Girl I was once like you, no symptoms till 9wks n 4days and I started feeling like deep crap! Always nauseous, I just drink and eat warm things now.

I was literally freaking out bc I don't feel pregnant at all anymore! I'm not showing really either. I'm 12 weeks tomorrow. Had appointment with OB on Friday and he said baby looks healthy. I guess I should be considering myself lucky but I'm just annoyed LOL

It seems that I don't have many symptoms either.. Like you, I have some. But I had a ultrasound Thursday and everything looked good. Just try to stay positive and not stress

That's a good idea @tmbrant84. Yeah I'm trying not to worry about it. Maybe a doppler would help
