Paranoid on my tummy
Okay so I’m 4wk and 4 days. I do have occasional dull cramps. No backaches. But then today I was showing a patient an exercise where they lay on their stomach on an exercise ball. I demonstrated the exercise for like 5 sec. Now I have more dull cramping and some low back ache. I squished my baby didn’t I? ?

Nope!! I had dull aches and minor cramps early on regularly they would come and go throughout my first trimester. Your uterus is growing and expanding!

Thanks Amanda for reassurance. I just have my mom nagging voice that I’m not suppose to do anything when I’m pregnant. So if anything bad happens. It’s my fault.

That baby will well padded and cushioned in there. There’s no way you squished the baby. You’d have to pop the water balloon surrounding them first before that happens. ?

Thank you meesh. That’s very reassuring. I’m feeling good this morning. I usually get dull aches and cramps in the evening. Just last night it seemed to increase in intensity pretty much after I did the exercise.

Yes everything is always worse at night!

Efong we are exactly the same weeks days pregnant! Woohoo. I was hoping to stay as a normal paramedic until my scan but I spent a couple of days doing such inappropriate jobs for pregnancy (lots of lifting, drunk uncooperative males), I had quite a few sharp pulling pains and some lower cramping so have come into the office. It was probably all normal cramping and pregnancy pains but I worried myself sick! What do you do are you a physio? What I’m trying to say is I think/hope it’s all normal but it doesn’t stop us worrying ? xx

Hi Lizzie! Yay when's your EDD? July 21 base on transfer date. Yes I'm a pediatric physiotherapist. I was going to ask my boss if I can take the cute babies. Lol. The teens I have to show exercises.
And I know it's silly of me to think like. But all the treatment we've been through and the years it took us to get to this point I'm just more paranoid. I even re assure others on here that cramps are normal. ?Thanks for your support ladies.

I slept on my tummy through my pregnancy for as long as it was possible. And I am currently nursing my healthy two month old. ❤️❤️
