I don't think you should wake him but I also don't know how old he is. I was told by a nurse that you should always wake them before 3 months I think? Maybe it wasn't that long.
As for your supply maybe just pump once or twice during the night to keep it up.
I wouldn't wake a sleeping baby at night as long as they are gaining weight. Skipping random night feeds never hurt my supply either. I would enjoy your sleep and hope it lasts.
I wouldn't wake him, but they do say that night feedings are what keeps your period at bay. It was important to me to pump at night for that reason and it helped to build up my stash as a working mom. That bonus was good enough for me to miss 20 mins of sleep, but maybe not for everyone.
I never woke ds to nurse. Also never experienced supply issues and didn't have a period til 7 months pp. (Well I had one at 3 months pp but not again til 7 months.)
There is no dumb questions this is what I go by if your baby is gaming weight steadily having regular wet and poopy diapers then there is no need to wake him at night if your not too tired I would pump in between the time he falls asleep and the time he wakes too keep up your supply but that's up to your self and then you can take the milk and freeze it ! Breast of luck momma !

Wake him if he sleeps longer then 5-6hrs and is over 10lbs. Under 10lbs, wake and feed every 2-3 hrs

You could always pump that night session instead. That's what I would do
