Inspired by the name post ☺

We has three names going into delivery. Really thought he was going to be Eli. But after meeting him he was Luke. Which means "light giving". He's super smiley. Always laughing. He's definitely added light to our world. This baby will be Owen. "Well born or noble". Time will tell.

My daughter is Hayden Taylor. Hayden means rosy meadow but I broke it down further and it means bright, promising future, optimistic. And Taylor meaning the mentor. And it's exactly who she is.

We are still deciding on our sons name, but it'll also be because of the meaning.

My sons name and this ones middle name have the same meaning; noble. It's a tradition that kind of just happened. I liked the name and when realized what it meant, it just meant that much more to have that as our daughters middle name. And now I kind of want to do that with future children as well.

My first son is: Conor. My husband and I met at a bright eyes concert. The lead singer of the band's name is Conor. His name means so much to us. He's the one that brought us together. This baby, his name will be Luca. Luca means bringer of light. Ever since I was diagnosed with cholestasis, I have been looking for a silver lining, a light at the end of the tunnel. Luca will be our light at the end of the tunnel. Our bringer of light after such a traumatic pregnancy this time around. We get to meet him 21 days sooner due to known stillbirths with cholestasis after 37 weeks. Our boys are Conor and Luca and their names have just as much meaning to us as they do.

With all our kids we picked names based off meanings and our wishes for our kids with exception of our eldest son whom got his daddy's name we felt carrying on a family name out ranked calling blessings into our kids lives through their name. My eldest daughters name means Melody of the Desired one. Our 2nd son's first name means the Lord is Good and his middle name means Beloved of the Lord. This baby's name means Beloved Helper. If this baby had been a boy the name would mean Enduring Spear of the Servant. My eldest son's name means Dark Poet but once again he took his father's name so the family value of the name had out ranked the meaning. Our desires for our kids is to teach them to be strong, humble, caring, and seek the Lord with everything in them.

I named my first son Levi (after one of the 12 tribes) Elijah (his father's name and meaning prophet of God) everyone thinks he's named after the jeans lol this one we just picked what we liked. Daxston Everett. :)

Neo meaning "new" and "gift" in two languages but pair them together and you got -new gift- perfect for a first born! I actually fell for the name before knowing the meaning. I think it was meant to be!

My daughters name is Paislee, which I chose to name her since I am Scottish & "Paisley" is a town outside of where my last name originated :)

My sons name is Huntlee, which means "From the Hunters meadow". My SO was big on Hunter since he likes to hunt, so I threw my "Lee" twist on it & we both loved it :)

Our little girls name will be Hennlee. I don't know what the meaning of her name is, but I love it lol
