Sleep help!

My son will be 11 months in a week and he's still not sleeping through the night. Sometimes he wakes up hungry, other times he wakes up almost as if he's had a bad dream and is scared. Either way, he's up every couple of hours every night. We have a very solid schedule. His nighttime routine doesn't change and I have no problem getting him to go to sleep at night when it's his bedtime. But how can I get him to stay asleep through the night? Any other parents have this problem? Any suggestions are very appreciated! :)
