You are probably cramping from being dehydrated. If you can't even hold down water and haven't been able to the hospital will give you a bag/bags of fluid. It's important that you stay hydrated. I understand that you don't want to take your little one to the hospital with you but you can pass out from severe dehydration and that would be a worse situation. I hope you feel better
I was so dehydrated when I went to a free clinic and cramping that they told me because I was so dehydrated that I was actually having contractions. It was terrible. How far is the hospital from u? I've been in that situation but finally found someone to take me and the nurse actually watched my son for me.
It's 20 minutes away. There isn't a cab service in my town for some reason. Luckily, my sister was able to get out of work and she's on her way to take me now. I just want to feel better. I'm really hoping 2nd trimester brings relief for me. Thank you ladies for all your responses and support! I hope I'm not having contractions. That had to be terrifying!
Just got home. Got a shot of Zofran and 2 bags of fluids. I also have a minor kidney infection. I got a prescription for some antibiotics and anti-nausea medicine. Luckily I haven't been sick since the shot but the nausea is starting to return and the prescription isn't helping much. Hopefully it'll kick in soon and I'll be able to get some much needed rest.
Overall it sucks... I'm on zofran and it don't work for nothing. But, I know that I need to keep forcing more water than anything so puking or not I keep sipping water. Canada Dry did help some. Just gotta suck it up and pray it goes away soon
